IT 數據庫assignment 代寫

BA 221 Access 2010 Project
As you have learned, you use Microsoft Access to create databases that store information in tables. You enter data into fields with specific data types such as Text or Number and create records. You can create a one-to-many relationship between two tables based on a common field such as Supplier. For example, a table listing suppliers (the one) could be related to a table containing the products (the many). Each supplier can carry many products. Once you have entered data into tables in a database, you can make the tables easier to work with by creating lookup fields, formatting the columns with gridlines, and using input masks. You can also create forms for data entry. To extract data that conforms to specific criteria from one or more related tables, you create queries. A query can also contain a calculation. Finally, you can format the results of a query in the form of a report that you can print and distribute.
To complete this project, you will create a database that contains information related to a sports or entertainment talent agency. Instructions are provided to help you set up the database and create the relationship between the two tables, and then you are free to enter your own data for each of the records. The database you will create consists of two tables. First, you can choose to create an Athlete or an Artist table, depending on whether your company is a sports agency or an entertainment talent agency. Second, you create an Agent table. The Agent table is the “one” table and the Athlete/Artist table is the “many” table because one agent can handle many athletes or artists.
In addition, any student wishing to use this same project model for an aviation example is encouraged to do so.  I would suggest that you sketch out your model and then see me for approval.

Content Development

Complete the following steps to create your database. The completed database should contain data for at least five records in the Agent table and at least twenty records in the Athlete/Artist table. In addition to two related tables, the database will include a form for data entry, two queries, and a report.
1.      Determine thename of the company for your database and select the company’s focus. You can choose to create a database for a sports agency that handles sports stars such as football players and Olympic athletes, or you can create a database for a talent agency that handles actors and musicians.
2.      Plan your database on paper by first listing all the fields you require. Here are some sample fields for a sports talent agency, in no particular order: Athlete Name, Sport, Athlete Phone Number, Agent Name, Annual Salary, and Agent Fee. Limit the number of fields for each table to between 7 and 10. In the steps below you are provided with some fields so that you can create the relationship between your Agent table and the Athlete/Artist table. However, you are free to add additional fields.
3.      Ensure that at least one field in one table is a numerical field that you can use in a calculation. For example, the Annual Salary field in the Athlete table could form the basis of a calculation that calculated the total salaries of all the athletes. Think carefully about how you can incorporate numerical data and then use it in calculations.
4.      On paper, sort the fields into two tables and determine that the relationship between the tables is based on the Agent. For example, you could sort the fields for the sports agency database as follows:
·         Athlete Table: Athlete ID, First Name, Last Name, Sport, Annual Salary, Phone Number, Agent, Agent Fee
·         Agent table: Agent ID, First Name, Last Name, Phone Number, E-mail Address
5.      Ensure that the “many” table contains a field for “Agent” and the “one” table contains a field for “Agent ID.” You will be relating the Agent table (the one) to the Athlete/Artist table (the many) because one agent can handle many athletes or artists.
