2018 Scotiabank Toronto Waterfront Marathon Race Recap! (+Marathon Training Monday!)

Friends. Let me tell you a story. Yesterday was amazing and wonderful and painful and terrible all at the same time. On paper I ran a personal best time, and for 20 glorious miles I executed a damn near flawless race. Lets start with some basics.
